Rava Laddu - Sooji Laddu
RAVA LADDU - SOOJI LADDU:
INGREDIENTS:
- Rava (sooji) - 4 cups
- Sugar - 4 cups
- Cashew nuts - 100 grams
- Ghee - one to one and half cups
- Cardamon
powder - 1 spn.

LADDU MAKING METHODS:
- Heat an empty pan and roast rava to a golden brown colour
- Grind the rava in mixer grinder.
- Powder the sugar in a mixer grinder.
- Add cardamon powder with sugar.
- Break cashewnuts into small pieces.
- Fry it in ghee and mix with sugar powder.
- Melt the full ghee and pour this to in rava, sugar, cardamon mixture.
- Mix well and roll into balls (laddus), when still hot.
