DOSAI [DOSA]
INGREDIENTS:
- Boiled rice -1/2 kg
- Raw rice -1/2 kg
- Urid dhall -100 gms
- Salt - 50 gms[or]as you need.

1.Take a bowl, put the two variety of rices in it and wash with water for 4 or 5 times.
2.Soak the washed rice in water for 4 hours.
3.Put the urid dall in another bowl, wash it three times and soak in water for 30 mintues.
4.In a wet grinder put the soaked uriddall and grind it by adding water little by little, the grinded batter must be very soft.[it gets 10-15 minutes to grind this quantity]replace the batter in a bowl.
5.Grind the soaked rice [rice must be soft]adding water to get a fine batter.
6.Put rice batter and uriddall batter in a big bowl, add salt, and mix it very well.
7.Keep the mixed batter with a closed lid for 6 hours.
PREPARING DOSAI METHOD:
1.Heat a dosa pan in stove, put a spn of oil, spread it fully the pan.
2.Put a small cup of dosa batter in the oiled pan and spread it roundly in the pan, close the dosa with a handled lid, let the dosa fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
3.Take the dosa from the pan by rolling it. [if you like fry it on the other side, put down the top face of the dosa]
NOW THE YUMMY DOSA IS READY
